What is your returns process and timeframe?
Mayfair Ellis accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, returned in their original condition, and include all attached tags. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Full terms are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

How soon will I receive my refund after returning an item?
After your return reaches us and has been checked, refunds are usually completed within up to 10 days. The refund is issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Do you offer free shipping, and how long will delivery take?
We provide free shipping on all Mayfair Ellis orders. Orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery generally follows within 8-10 business days (Monday to Friday). For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can an order be cancelled once it has been submitted?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as quickly as possible at info@mayfairellis.com. We will try to assist, however we cannot promise cancellation if your order has already moved into processing.

What should I do if something is wrong with my delivery?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us straight away at info@mayfairellis.com. Include your order information and a photo showing the issue, and we will arrange a solution promptly at no extra cost to you.
